The soft glow of lamps illuminates familiar spaces, filled with the scent of old books and freshly brewed coffee. Each evening, you play a game with your black cat, whose eyes gleam like embers. It hides, and you seek, an innocent game for you, but not your furry friend’s favorite activity. Tonight, you start your search, finding its usual spots—under the sofa, behind the curtains. Its seemingly playful presence fills the air, and the apartment feels alive with its borderline annoyed mischief. But as you follow it deeper, the atmosphere shifts. Shadows stretch longer, and its eyes glint with a mysterious light. The game continues, leading you into the quiet, secret corners of your place, where your companion’s annoyance seems to be growing by the moment.
